Terms and Conditions

1. Cashback Offer
- The advertised cashback of "up to $5,000" depends on the lender, loan size, and eligibility criteria for the specific offer. The exact cashback amount will be confirmed after assessment of your individual application.

2. Bank Fees Coverage

- Bank fees are covered by us for successfully settled loans of $400,000 or more through Deltos Finance (net of offset/redraw funds against the loan before and after settlement, as well as any cash out funds). The fees we cover are limited to application, settlement, and valuation fees. We do not cover any ongoing costs like annual loan fees or monthly fees, as well as government fees or discharge fees from your current bank or any other fees you may incur from switching lenders. In the event Deltos Finance Provides bonus cash, the first $500 of this bonus cash would be classified as paying for bank fees.

- Fees will be reimbursed up to a maximum of $500 per security being refinanced. Any additional fees beyond this amount remain the responsibility of the client.

3. Success Rate

- Our 94% success rate reflects the inverse proportion of home loan applications submitted by our team that have not been declined by lenders. Approval is not guaranteed for every application and depends on individual borrower circumstances and lender criteria.
